Low tire. No appt. Was told it would be $82ish to fix. Said I had tire protection said still $82 I said it shouldn't be. He went back to desk re-did something No appt. Had a recall for my pick up truck tried to call for two days straight from 8:30 in the morning to 5:30 in the evening to find out if the part for my recall was in because I had an appointment. Out of the 2 days straight from 8:30 in the morning to 5:30 in the evening to find out if the part for my recall was in because I had an appointment. Out of the 25 times I called, maybe three times I got a promise that’s my service advisor would call me right back besides that never even an answer. Didn’t think it would be this hard to get such an important safety recall done on my truck, but will be finding a more reputable dealer and telling my friends to stay away from this service department, because a lot of them do own Toyotas . I understand being busy but in a span of two 8 hour days you can’t return a phone? Will be reporting this dealer to the NHTSA association as well due to their lack of customer safety. More
