My apologies for any inconvenience. Without knowing the specifics I can say without question that if your issue was covered by the Toyota Manufacturer Warranty we would have completed the repair. Typically brakes aren't covered unless it is deemed a defect. If the warranty was with an extended warranty company the same applies. My service advisor was Doug Montalbano, did not reach out to me one time, other service advisor told me at 11:30am she left a note on a desk telling him to call me. Nothing. My mom and I now have to travel across the lake to look for a new vehicle for her because we have both lost faith in this dealership.
