Had dash warning indicators for Maintenance and Tire Pressure. Two tire pressure sensors were found to be malfunctioning, parts were available and replaced. There was one employee that I found to be friendly and inviting (young girl I wish I knew her name but she waa helpful in setting up the toyota app), the finance person was also pleasant and competent but inviting (young girl I wish I knew her name but she waa helpful in setting up the toyota app), the finance person was also pleasant and competent but my loan papers indicated that I was purchasing a limited trim which is what I wanted but I test drove an XLE so I thought that is what I was buying (ultimately I was purchasing an XLE) which was disappointing but my fault for not being more clear I actually ended up unintentionaly downgrading the trim package from my previous vehicle just so they could make à sale because they didn't bother to find out what I really wanted even though I was already committed to buying a highlander. While I felt there was a solid overview of the basics I didn't feel that there was a very good overview of the technology features and I was directed to the Toyota.com YouTube videos. Still haven't figured out some of what I am looking for. Also some of the technology doesn't seem to work very well - the remote start is spotty and while on my app if I read it correctly that feature goes away in a yeay unless I pay a monthly fee - I specifically asked about remote start because I wanted it and that waa nevwr mentioned if thats true I feel like I can get an after market installation that might be more reliable for the cost of a couple of years of service, also sometimes my phone rings and displays on the screen but when I answer it does not filter through the system and I have to find my headset to talk and hear - never had that problem with my previous 2 cars somewhat disappointing for a car that costs 50K Gas mileage is a promised and that is a plus as I drive a lot and that was a big part of my decision. I am sure I will figure out the rest but feeling a little buyer's remorse for not discussing and purchasing the limited trim package More
