Toyota has just lost another loyal customer because of this dealership. I can’t believe I fell for their “waitlist” and paid $500 to reserve a 2022 rav4 back in June ONLY since they said the wait was arou this dealership. I can’t believe I fell for their “waitlist” and paid $500 to reserve a 2022 rav4 back in June ONLY since they said the wait was around two months but assured me it won’t take more than four. EIGHT months later Josh in internet sales calls and leaves an excited voicemail that “my car has arrive!” I call him back and he tells me my car is on the way but instead of the color I ordered it’s in red! So…not my car then. I ordered LUNAR ROCK. The audacity. The last time I heard back from him after asking the status of my vehicle once each month was September. I reached out in October and never was contacted again until this week for the red version. Some updates would have been greatly appreciated, calling me excited that “my car has arrived” should have never happened, and a refund of the $500 for the deception is the least they could do after making someone wait in the dark for eight months with no option to get out of the reservation after this long and losing out on the trade in value of current vehicle. Toyota (especially of Killeen) just lost a loyal customer. Your customer service made this decision easy. I’m getting a Subaru. More
The worst service department in Bell County. Hopefully, the can straighten themselves out and get their act together over there, because my recent experience is not in keeping with the high standards of customer service I had been accustomed to dealing with their team in the past 7 years. Maybe they need a new coach because right now that team is producing suspect work. And performing at a substandard level. Where are the quality controls? The environment indicates they aren’t being used. From start to finish the quality is just not at par. I can say this, the guys in parts and the welcome staff are always a joy, and the fridge is stocked with cold water. Other than that Toyota of Killeen is a no for me. How can you justify placing your customers into a filthy courtesy vehicle that is driven by a person who does in excess of 15 of the posted speed limit and then blows thru stop signs, all this while I was on speakerphone with the boss. But wait it gets better, when we get the vehicle back the door jams and interior floor carpets show evidence of where the technician did not place protective covering on the floor nor did he attempt to clean up his mess. Wait it gets better. These issues were brought to the attention of mgt and guess what, they rested on their morals and allowed these transgressions to go unrectified. Not even an apology much less a thank you for your continued business. Oh well, this is why Toyota of Killeen is a no for me. I know better therefore I do better. They are not the right dealership for me or my family. In the words of the former governor of California, to Toyota of Killeen I say Hasta Lavista Baby! Oh I left out the part where the drive closed the door on me twice while I was entering the vehicle. More
I asked for a multi point inspection, and address engine light issue. Killeen Toyota had my truck almost 3 days, 1 just waiting on parts! Wanted to buy a Highlander. When we asked the guy what deals they were having he stated they are selling for MSRP. We explained that we both have perfect credit and ready to buy. I made a one hour trip both ways to this dealership with lots of communication in between each trip. I had a third party offer from TrueCar which the salesman assured me was the price I paid. After I went to the dealership the second time, they ran my credit and collected all of my personal information. Once they were done doing so, they raised the price almost $5,000. I tried submitting a ticket directly with Toyota and the Customer Relations Manager at the dealership repeatedly closes the ticket and says they contacted me, which they never have. Worst car buying experience I have ever had, would not recommend. More
We went into Toyota to buy our leased vehicle on Sept. 1. We have had to call and question Toyota on why the lease wasn't closed. We received late notices from the leasing company Sept 15th. We received another notice from the leasing company, and yet again we had to call Toyota as to why the lease was still open. And yet again Oct 1st we still received notices from the leasing company saying we are past due one the account. I don't really care what the excuses were as to why it was never handled. It is Oct 15th and we were told today that the lease ended Oct 6th. We still don't have plates we still don't have registration. We leave for Germany Nov. 4th. If we don't have what we need to transport the vehicle over seas it will be sold. Toyota has failed us. We as customers should not have to call the dealership weekly as to why the lease hasn't been closed. It took over a month for it to be worked out. They knew we were leaving for Germany on a PCS move when we went into the office on September 1st. They failed us. More
