The sales team, is ok but I did feel overpressured. Services for mainteinance are ok just need a better coffee and water dispenser in waiting area. I am a long term over 6 years customer of Manhattan Beach toyota.

I felt Gabriel did a good job however my diagnosis never said what I needed just work that could be done so instead of paying $210.00 for a diagnosis I figured I would take a chance and replace the battery More

I pay $210 dollars for them to do a digianostic. on my vehicle. The up date was not the reason why my check engine light was on.the very next day the light came back on. More

I took it back and they had my vehicle for 3 days and then tell me to take it to the dealer because they don't know what is wrong with my vehicle. They didn't know what the code mean so they charge me for nothing because they didn't do nothing to my vehicle. I pay toyota $210 for diagnostic test and then when i took it to lexus that was $245 for diagnostic again because they cannot use the one from Toyota. Some of the reason why the check engine light was coming on they should have seen that at Toyota. Anyway I will never go back there

I just learn a lesson because on the end it cost me more money. But my vehicle is at the Lexus Dealer getting the properwork done.you apologize but thats not helping me at all i pay $210 for nothing because the update was not the problem with my Lexus. I think i should get at least half my money back because you did not do nothing to my vehicle

My name is Andrea Ottley and I brought my 2016 Lexus RX 350 on 1/18/2024 because my check engine light came on.they said the diagnostic saying it's a soft ware up date it needed.. The very on the 1/19/24 the check engine light came back on.I called and let them know the light is back on again. I brought it back on 1/20/24 and they kept it until 1/23/24 and told me that I can come pick up my Lexus because they don't know what is wrong with it that I need to take it to the dealer. So I took it to the Valencia Lexus dealer...the diagnostic shows $5,000 Worth of work that they should have seen when they did the diagnostic test..my email is 661-416-4297 and my email is andreaottley14@yahoo.com
