When we arrived at the dealership, someone quickly greeted us although everybody seemed to be working with other customers. We liked it very much because other places left is hanging and no one greete greeted us although everybody seemed to be working with other customers. Was above and beyond and totally understood our needs. The estimate monthly payment he got from the finance was exact (others absolutely under estimate). The service was as fast as it could be during these times. With the new car shortage in our country, Felipe did his best to get us behind the wheel of our desired 2022 Toyota vehicle as fast as possibl times. With the new car shortage in our country, Felipe did his best to get us behind the wheel of our desired 2022 Toyota vehicle as fast as possible. While also meeting our special requests of the exact model we wanted. We only had to wait about 3 weeks for the delivery of our vehicle to Toyota of Lancaster, while most other dealerships in California were months out for the exact vehicle we wanted! Once vehicle finally arrived to the lot, we went down to purchase it. Purchasing process was very smooth and fairly quick. Felipe himself was very professional and kept in touch very well throughout the whole process. More
