I live in Santa Monica. I leased my Prius through Toyota of Lancaster through a broker. I never needed to go to the site, as they kindly drove my car to me. When I was considering buying out my lease one ye of Lancaster through a broker. I never needed to go to the site, as they kindly drove my car to me. When I was considering buying out my lease one year early, I reached out to my local dealer, Santa Monica Toyota, but as usual, I did not feel they were helpful or anything more than smarmy. So I contacted Toyota of Lancaster and spoke with Filipe. He was so wonderful. So warm. So helpful. So trustworthy. He walked me through all the steps and numbers, gave me honest feedback about interest rates, and I could feel his integrity through the phone. The day I decided to make the deal, Filipe was not on site, so I worked with Eddie Alvarez, who was equally wonderful, warm and helpful. Eddie walked me through everything on the phone, and worked to get me the excellent interest rate that Filipe and I had discussed. I am so happy I drove the 70 miles each way to Lancaster. The peace of mind I have is immeasurable. As I said, I have a local dealer, in fact there are several Toyota dealers in my vicinity. But the people at Lancaster earned my trust immediately, and to a person -- from the phone operators to the finance guy -- every one was professional and warm. I will always take that drive, and I highly recommend that you do, too! More

Great experience with Mitch and Anthony. Responsive and checked in on us while we waited for our car to come. Mitch even drove it down to Los Angeles to our house.
