All 3 of my Prius' have been purchased here. Have had the the hybrid batteries replaced here as well as the catalytic converters and electric water pump on my 2006 Prius which is still going strong sith the the hybrid batteries replaced here as well as the catalytic converters and electric water pump on my 2006 Prius which is still going strong sith her 298,000 miles. You may have seen her, she has eyelashes. I highly reccomend Toyota of Lancaster. I'd also like to add that my salesperson Justin did a fantastic job getting me my newest Prius, the 2020 Eco. Poor service I made an appointment for 10am. When I was being checked in I told them I needed to wait. I was told it would be 3-4 hours. I was there for a Toyota r I made an appointment for 10am. When I was being checked in I told them I needed to wait. I was told it would be 3-4 hours. I was there for a Toyota recall. I asked if it took that long to put the part I needed. I was told no, but there were a lot of people ahead of me. I asked why I had an appointment if I still had to get in line. The answer, the appointment time was for check in. I asked to see the manager. He came with the same story; the appointment was for check-in. I asked when he made a doctors appointment if he expected that time was for check-in. He said no, but he expected to wait. I asked if he was expecting to wait 3-4 hours. He said he had waited an hour before. I said I was willing to wait an hour or hour and a half. He said it would take 3-4. I told him to bring my car to me, and I would just sue Toyota if I had an accident. I went outside and they brought my car to me. As I was about to leave, the manager came out and said they would pick my car up at my home, and return it to me the next day. More
