They did alignment on my truck and didn’t do it right, So I when back to have than right, my truck is making a bad noise on the engine, I left my truck at the dealer for 72 hours and they told me that they n I when back to have than right, my truck is making a bad noise on the engine, I left my truck at the dealer for 72 hours and they told me that they never heard that noise and there for just to go and pick up my truck, while I have my truck after that visit, my truck did the noise again and this time I record a video, they see the video hear the noise and again they only say.... well is not doing it right now so we can’t do nothin.... but I told them... you can see the video and hear the noise.... so you know somethings is wrong.... they reply bus saying Nothing we can do.... just come back when it happens.... to mi that’s a very bad service andoooks like they don’t care about the problem.... Brakes & Rotors replaced I noticed a shuddering when applying my brakes at medium to hard while driving on a trip. My 2018 Toyota Highlander had less that 30,000 miles. It fel I noticed a shuddering when applying my brakes at medium to hard while driving on a trip. My 2018 Toyota Highlander had less that 30,000 miles. It felt like a warped rotor to me. I took it in without an appointment and got the car back the same day with front rotors and brake pads replaced at no cost to me. Can't beat that service. Wait time I had a 10:00 am apt scheduled, I arrived 10 minutes early. I waited over 20 minutes to see the advisor.
