Chanin is one of the few service advisers that I have complete confidence in. We have owned Toyota's since 1975 and have dealt with numerous service advisers at 6 different dealerships, both here in California and Oklahoma. Her professional attitude and vast knowledge is remarkable. She is the reason that we have our vehicles/trucks serviced at Toyota of Lancaster. I have recommended her to both friends and co-workers here in the Valley. I will continue to be a very happy customer with Chanin as my service adviser. More

He takes the time to explain what I need, why and how long I have until a service or repair will be needed. I like his approach because I can plan for replacement parts such as breaks, filters and all that fun stuff. Plus I never have to worry about a crappy job by some dude who doesn’t care. If Toyota makes a mistake they will fix it. I figure you get what you pay for. More

Service manager was great and apologized for long wait. I learned not to come in with out scheduling an appointment on a Saturday. A long wait of 5 hours for an oil change🥴.
