Good place, nice waiting area. I enjoyed my time here. I spent a lot of time here, lol. In all fairness, the advisor I had came to look for me, but didn't look hard enough. He ca I enjoyed my time here. I spent a lot of time here, lol. In all fairness, the advisor I had came to look for me, but didn't look hard enough. He called me but I didn't get the voicemail until hours later. I suggest the advisors look throughout the entire waiting area when coming for their customers. There were a few other advisors that came looking for their customers too. It is hard to hear them. Perhaps an intercom system would help? In any event, I got a lot of work done while waiting so I was good with it. I enjoyed the tables and large, comfortable waiting area. The snack bar could use a makeover as the choices for snacks and food are not the best. Perhaps a deal with Starbucks? Or offer deli sandwiches etc...? Healthier choices at decent prices. I only regret that I asked the advisor to call me to set another appointment as soon as he found out how long it would take to obtain the part needed for my vehicle. I never heard from him again. How about washing my vehicle before returning it to me? Not the inside, but the outside would be a nice added service. And how about making sure it's close by and I don't have to walk a long distance in the heat to get to it? More
