The mechanics we're trying to get us for our money. They tried saying our transmission was going out, they tried saying that was the only problem with out car and we should just ride it until it can't no more then take it back. We had to take it to another place and they said our transmission was perfectly fine and that our tie rods where going out. Toyota said nothing about that! They honestly took me for my money. We don't blame Jorge Lopez for what was going on we blame the mechanics. More
Expensive I made an appointment on-line. Everyone said they would get everything done. (1) check engine line (2) fix it (3) smog it. Well, they got (1) and ( I made an appointment on-line. Everyone said they would get everything done. (1) check engine line (2) fix it (3) smog it. Well, they got (1) and (2) but they are not star smog certified. They couldn't do the smog. I had to take it to another place to get it smogged. Kind of annoying. And I probably could have got the word down somewhere else for 1/2 the price. More

Oil change I had an appt for 11am, I didn’t get seen or even talked to until 11:20, I waited another 15 minutes and then someone finally asked me if someone told I had an appt for 11am, I didn’t get seen or even talked to until 11:20, I waited another 15 minutes and then someone finally asked me if someone told me my sales person was on lunch, I was not informed at all about that. They said they were getting another person to help me out, waited another 10 minutes when my original sales person heard I was waiting and came back from lunch to help me. Multiple sales people walked past me and no acknowledgement. Why have an appt when you just wait anyways. More

Took too long I was told 2 hours and the wait was actually 4 and a half hours. Service was good but damaged my tint This is the 2nd time I had my car serviced for regular oil change maintenance. The first one is okay but on the second one somehow they damaged the st This is the 2nd time I had my car serviced for regular oil change maintenance. The first one is okay but on the second one somehow they damaged the strip tint on upper part of the windshield. I think when they removed the old oil change sticker reminder, they might have used a sharp object to remove it. Its not a big damage its just a small hole but still they should be careful when servicing any vehicle. More
