Starting with Mr. Larson and Joseph, they were amazing and as it gets. Professional and courteous. Then Joseph and Troy made my transition into my new car easy. By far the best customer service I’ve ever had. Then there was Maricela that handled all my financial parts to my new car. She made it smooth and she was amazingly friendly. I had two really bad experiences with Honda, but when it came to buying a car everyone that Helped me with my car and experience at Toyota of Lancaster was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better service from top to bottom. I just want to thank the 4 main people mentioned for your service and excellence To helping me get my new car for the first time. More

A bit out of the way but good customer service They were willing to negotiate the price of my lease for a Toyota Prius over the phone and I came in once we settled on a price. Made buying a truck easy ! I just texted the internet manager to see what a new Tacoma price was because I was looking at a one year old one at CarMax .
