After taking possession of my vehicle, I was met with the person who completed my paperwork and his personality was very pleasant. He explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable about the process. I used the customer waiting area while my car was being serviced. I was very impressed with the comfortable seating and atmosphere. I was especially happy and have access to the cafe to order lunch while waiting.
