Great Experience! Raed Alzrigat was very helpful and knowledgeable. Always a good experience with the service department! Chanin is my go to person when I need to have my Highlander serviced. She is friendly and professional. She tells me what needs to be done on my car, Chanin is my go to person when I need to have my Highlander serviced. She is friendly and professional. Disappointed #1 I was told by my sales man that i could get a free oil change every 5,000 mile service but service saids every 10,000 they need better communicatio #1 I was told by my sales man that i could get a free oil change every 5,000 mile service but service saids every 10,000 they need better communication between the 2. Because someone wasn't or isn't telling the truth. #2 I was disappointed to not see free coffee and donuts. Only stuff you can purchase. It was nice to have complimentary stuff. More
