My Sales Person Craig Edwards was quite knowledgeable and was more interested in what type of car I wanted and intently listened to me rather that just sell me "any" car just to make a deal. The car I wanted was not available but he was able to find just the right vehicle for me and I am quite satisfied. The entire lease process was painless and quite fast my thanks to Jamie and Josh for their help ind closing the deal and making my Lease experience an exceptionally memorable one. Employes don't know their vehicles. We have a brand new 2018 Toyota Land Cruiser and the employee Jose Martinez ...........charged us for labor for first time service. Totally unprepar We have a brand new 2018 Toyota Land Cruiser and the employee Jose Martinez ...........charged us for labor for first time service. Totally unprepared to do his job when he didn't know Toyota service care. Every new Toyota gets free service for 2 years and 25,000 miles. We went to the dealer in Santa Clarita to get a copy of this information. Seriously, need to train your people in Lancaster. More

Since my car is new, and this was my 1st Service in quite a while at Lancaster Toyota, he had a Tech address my 'rattles' right away. The Lounge is a nice place to hang out too. Also a shout-out to Tom Grabbit, the Service Director. He's always there to address any concerns. Contrary to the reviews on Yelp! if you have an issue Tom is always willing to address and resolve the concern. Good job to Sean and Tom. More
