Always an excellence experience. Chanin is the BEST Service Advisor that any Toyota Service Dept. has employed. We have owned 7 Toyotas since 1976 & Your service dept, is by far, @ Chanin is the BEST Service Advisor that any Toyota Service Dept. has employed. We have owned 7 Toyotas since 1976 & Your service dept, is by far, @ the very top. I did not have an appointment as my left front tire kept losing air so I just popped in @ Toyota of Lancaster. Chanin, immediately, set up service for that tire. Unfortunately, I needed a new tire. Please note, all 4 tires were purchased from Toyota approx 2 years ago. Extremely satisfied with the service. I would NOT recommend the Toyota of Lancaster dealership for buying used cars! We recently bought a used car from this dealer and will never do that again! I don't feel we got the best price on the car, and the condition of the car turned out to be not as we were led to believe by the Used Car Sales Manager, Walt. I definitely feel we overpaid for the quality and condition of the car we ended up buying. The salesman, July, was brand new, very nice and made promises that the dealership did not want to follow through on. After a couple months of haggling, the dealership finally made good on the promises...but I will never buy another car from this dealer. More
