Toyota always gets my service done in a timely manner and I always get swift communication when my vehicle is ready. However, often when I go to pick up my vehicle, there is no one at the desk for me to ask I always get swift communication when my vehicle is ready. It feels like answering questions and customer service is super inconvenient for them. The last time, I was told to go get my keys in the autoparts section and the staff did not greet me or make eye contact and had conversations with each other rather than even looking at me until they put my keys on the counter and told me to sign that I picked up my car and kept talking. I thanked them as I left and they completely ignored me. I have also, on two different occasions had to find my vehicle myself after a service because no one told me where it was and there was no ticket indicating it's location. More

Went in for a Recall Notice for the battery to replace the bracket and positive terminal cover. When I got the vehicle home I noticed there was no positive terminal cover, not even the original which was the bracket and positive terminal cover. When I got the vehicle home I noticed there was no positive terminal cover, not even the original which was there when I dropped the vehicle off that day. I asked the Service Writer about it and requested that the work be completed properly. He said that the 2 mechanics that worked on it said they put the cover on, which was weird because why would it require 2 mechanics to do one simple thing like this. He basically called me a liar, although I have no idea why I would lie about a thing like this. Then when I got the vehicle home again, I looked closer and found the original terminal cover hanging down below the battery, so it was never even fully removed. I never did get the full Recall finished. I just put the original back on. I am not pleased with the service that I received, especially considering it was for a Recall Notice. I do not think I will be returning to this particular Dealership. I'm sorry, but you asked. More
