I was never alerted that my car was ready and sat waiting for hours. I attempted to call the service technician twice with no answer. There has been a problem with the RAV4 since we purchased brand new (3 years ago) they cannot locate. You wait quite a while in line for your service appt. It seems like the service is going downhill. I know I didnt have an appointment but I waited 3 hrs and they did a complete inspection oil change and tire rotation in 15-18 minutes.
