Car was dropped off, never received a call with update or that it was ready. When I arrived to pick up right before closing, they had difficulty finding car, no sticker on windshield for next oil change. No that it was ready. I’m questioning whether service occurred or not. Too many red flags and I’m not comfortable with this experience. The blame was a placed on a new guy?? Really?? I demand a better experience than that. Been going to this dealership for all 4 of my cars for years. I don’t have that confidence anymore. More
