My windshield wiper fluid remained empty after the service, and I was there for nearly 3 hours despite having an appointment for an oil change. Otherwise, the dealership was clean, the complimentary donuts were appreciated, and the staff was courteous. More

ToyotaCare is such a great feature for Toyota owners that I wonder why more Toyota owners don't take advantage of ToyotaCare when having their vehic ToyotaCare is such a great feature for Toyota owners that I wonder why more Toyota owners don't take advantage of ToyotaCare when having their vehicles serviced. Whenever I schedule an appointment - even on a Saturday - I'm always in/out very quickly. Recently, I scheduled a 20K service online for a Saturday two weeks in advance. Within 30 minutes scheduling on-line, I received a phone call from a Toyota of Lancaster service rep to confirm that I had scheduled online. When I acknowledged having done so and happened to mention that the soonest available Saturday time/date offered online, was still two weeks hence, she then asked me if I would lie to schedule for the earliest available (via phone) time/date which was one week in advance - SURE, as that's just what I wanted all along. So arriving on time at 0800 hrs the next Saturday, I was in/out in 90 minutes for a full 20K ToyotaCare service plus a cabin air filter at a very low added price. Great service every time at Toyota of Lancaster. More
