Toyota Care 5K appointment - great service even when busy!!! I recently had a 5K Toyota Care service for my new Tundra. The appointment was scheduled for a Saturday at 1030 hrs. I had just recently been expe I recently had a 5K Toyota Care service for my new Tundra. The appointment was scheduled for a Saturday at 1030 hrs. I had just recently been experienced some problems with the Low Tire Pressure warning light on cold mornings, so I ask Joey Gonzales to add that to the 5K service. Even though the Service Dept was very busy with a full appointment and drive-up schedule, Joey managed to get both thee 5K and the pesky Low Tire Pressure warning light problem taken care of within only three (3) hours. Toyota of Lancaster always does a great job on our Toyota autos and trucks. More

They keep me apprised of any additional problems that may happen during the servicing. They are super friendly, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Lately, I have been dealing with Chanin and she is awesome. She keeps me advised on the service and/or any delays that may occur due to ordering parts, etc. More

Of all the times we have come to get Toyota Care Service there has been nothing but failures. Two different times employees have tried to charge us for Toyota Care. Stephanie Santiago is the best Service Advisor I've I've been buying vehicles and getting them serviced at Lancaster Toyota/Sierra Toyota since 1997. Stephanie Santiago is the best Service Advisor I've ever dealt with. I've dealt with the other service advisors that currently have offices along the service drive and they pale in comparison to Stephanie. The fact that you folks do not furnish her with her own office is beyond me. The Service Manager & General Manager should be ashamed of themselves. More

I was taken care of after asking how things are and how I have been doing today. I went to wait in the waiting area and I was able to grab something to eat from the food service business there, check my messages and email, watch some T.V., and start some of my work. After my truck was announced that it was finished, I went to pay for my service and get my truck.They had my truck up front in the pick up place, and I was happy about that after being on my feet all day. Thank you all at Toyota and Chanin for friendly service, information about my truck that might need further attention, and for a big waiting area that had much to offer for people waiting for their vehicle. More
