disappointing Normally I like their service - in, out, no fuss but this time because my assigned supervisor wasn't there I had to wait 30 minutes to get checked in Normally I like their service - in, out, no fuss but this time because my assigned supervisor wasn't there I had to wait 30 minutes to get checked in then the courtesy shuttle which is usually is pretty good I waited for an hour to be picked up when I was only a couple miles away of which I would have just walked had they told me it was going to be an hour for pick up. More
