On the day of my service I arrived and was quickly attended. As part of the process I was asked to wait in the waiting area where there was food, entertainment, and the showroom of course. It took no more than 45 minutes to get my service done. And after that they gave me the details of my car and I was off. So in a way my experience meet my standards and far beyond it. More

Emergency repair I wish to express my gratitude for the first-class service we received approximately 10 days ago while we were on vacation in California. We were in I wish to express my gratitude for the first-class service we received approximately 10 days ago while we were on vacation in California. We were in route to death valley when all of our service lights came on and our air-conditioning switched off. We decided to make a beeline to your dealership in Lancaster. Upon arrival in the early afternoon we were received warmly and the technicians were able to rather quickly examine the car to determine the problem. We didn’t know what to expect but we were hoping that we wouldn’t have to extend an extra day to get our car fixed. They determined it was the water pump that needed to be replaced. They didn’t know if they could get to it, but somehow they cleared their schedule, had the part (miraculously – because it is a 2009 model), and made the repairs before closing on the same day. We were treated so professionally and respectfully during our stay. Your assistant service manager Joey Gonzales kept us constantly aware of the progress of the car, we had a nice lunch at your facility, and Joey gave us notice when we were within 15 minutes of having the car repairs finished. My wife and I both drove away feeling like we had received exceptional treatment and service. I commend your dealership, mechanics, and Joey for their assistance to us on a very stressful day. I hope that we didn’t mess up any pre-set appointments but we were both appreciative that your dealership could handle an emergency situation so professionally and efficiently. More
