Hi Tim, We are sorry about your negative experience with us on Saturday. After looking into your service appointment I believe the technician was being cautious regarding the leak from your oil pan. If attempted, we could have exacerbated it, and we didn't have the part in stock to complete the repair at that moment. On your R/O, it lists perform alignment, check and advise on oil leak and oil change. We performed the alignment and no correction was needed. We didn't perform the oil change because of the oil leak. It did take some time to get to your vehicle as we had customers that had appointments ahead of you. No charges were incurred during this visit. We are grateful for your past support and we are happy that the worst case scenario didn't happen. Best of luck to you. Toyota of Lancaster
