I am not sure if it's this dealership or just all Toyota dealership in common. But it is very disheartening when you come in for Servicing and you know you have a problem with your truck and you have to arg dealership in common. But it is very disheartening when you come in for Servicing and you know you have a problem with your truck and you have to argue to get somebody to fix your truck, is this the new Toyota it just it's just the way business now. Toyota of Lancaster is really my only choice because of distance but I am seriously considering finding somebody else to service my truck and service my extended warranty that I have up to 125,000 miles. More

I was over charged for the service that I received. I was charged $690.00 dollars for 2 keys coded, when the last time it only costed $430.00 for 2 keys to be coded. They took almost $30000 as a down payment for 2023 Toyota Tundra, which broke down in less than 5 days. Now it needs a new engine, they refused to help us get a new one or give us our money back. They wanted Tundra, which broke down in less than 5 days. Now it needs a new engine, they refused to help us get a new one or give us our money back. They wanted me to walk out with a Chevy with almost 100k miles on it. They’re a joke n desperate. Now I’m handling the situation with a lawyer.
