In this modern world, texting for me is the best and easiest way to communicate and also convenient because I can reply at my own time and with this dealership I can do all that. I was running late but they accommodated me even late at night (7pm). So I came to the dealership and was greeted by staff after I pulled in on their lot. They have valet parking that you can use anytime, talk about convenience! My salesperson was Mitch! This guy is incredible! Easy to talk to. Accommodated all my requests and very helpful with the whole process. Even after the sale, it was easy to talk to him through text/phone call. I forgot to transfer all my stuff from my old car to the new car and he made sure to secure my belongings until I picked them up! I didn’t feel forced to agree on price at all. So I was comfortable every step of the way. I have bought about 5 cars from different dealership but this one is the best and smoothest process among all of them. After I signed the paperwork, Mitch already have them put gasoline so I was ready to hit the road. The car was also buffed and waxed before the left the lot. Finance guy is also easy to deal with and doesn’t force you to buy other products. Overall, excellent staff and dealership! Indoor parking is awesome! I would highly recommend them! We worked with Mitch in sales, who listened to what we were looking for, and quickly matched us with a great fit. We had scheduled a trip to the Mazda dealership afterwards to check out the CX-5. "Big Mitch" the sales manager gave us an attractive out-the-door price the one we had our eye on, but didn't pressure us too hard to make the deal immediately. After the visit to Mazda we weighed the value of the two vehicles and decided the Toyota was the better deal. We checked back in with Mitch who was very helpful, and honored the offer they had made a week before. All in all, a very good experience, and I left feeling like I'd like to buy both Mitches a beer.
