A few weeks ago I contacted by phone the Toyota dealership in the Lincolnwood area of Chicago. The sales person who answered the phone and helped me was Tania Benitez. For the next two weeks, Tania was helping me find the specific car that I wanted. Tania was extremely helpful and she was extremely professional. She provided excellent service to me on the phone. When the time came for me to actually go in person to visit the dealership and test drive the car, I chose the Toyota Lincolnwood dealership, from among ten other Toyota dealerships in the Chicago area, because of the very positive experience that I had with Tania on the phone.
