Absolutely Worst Nightmare! Pathetic Customer Service I went into this dealership a few months back and got a shock of my life that a dealership could treat a customer is such a pathetic way. Their sales manager Martha was having a very bad day and she was taking it out on me. There was absolutely nothing called a customer service at the dealership. Even though I liked the price I walked away from the dealership just because of the customer service. It is unbelievable that a customer is treated like I was. She was literally shouting at me and saying I am playing games. Is this how they train their staff???? I hope they would take this feedback seriously and change things around there More

Friendly sales person helped me find the car I wanted I found Sandra to be very helpful in finding the model of vehicle I wanted and took the time to explain the aspects and features between the different I found Sandra to be very helpful in finding the model of vehicle I wanted and took the time to explain the aspects and features between the different models. She asked probing questions that help her determine what kind of vehicle met my needs and then showed me a couple of models that met my needs and explained the differences of the different options. She then let me make my decision without high pressure sales tactics answering questions I made or found out the answer if she didn't know the answer immediately. More
