We cannot praise Brad highly enough for the amazing customer service we have received from him since we bought our new car in mid August 2010. Brad always followed up when he said he would and bent ov customer service we have received from him since we bought our new car in mid August 2010. Brad always followed up when he said he would and bent over backwards to ensure we were 200% happy. He is completely trustworthy and I know I can rely on his word. We have lived in Chicago for 4.5 years and this is the best customer service I have ever received. He is a credit to Toyota. After going to the dealership multiple times in one week, Brad wanted to ensure we did not have to visit again, he even drove to our house, collected our car, called us to let us know what the problem was and then returned it to our house later that day. When some paperwork Brad mailed to us never arrived, we were perplexed as he is so trustworthy! It was mailed to the correct address with the right postage, but USPS mail was to blame taking them 10 days to mail something 3 miles away! In the meantime Brad went out of his way to send me the missing paperwork by fax to ensure we had it and follow up with phone calls to check it arrived. We will always go to Brad for any future needs. More

Ive been buying Toyotas for years but this was the first time we bought a new one. And I must say the level of customer service we received was spectacular. I was expecting Brian to pressure us to buy, bu time we bought a new one. And I must say the level of customer service we received was spectacular. I was expecting Brian to pressure us to buy, but if anything, we were the aggressive ones. To top it off, after we purchased remote start to be installed on our vehicle, Brian recognized it would be difficult to drop off and pick up vehicle with our kids, so he offered to pick up the car himself. For starters, my wife, Ashtar, has bought her last 3 Toyotas from here and she & I both are at ease with any of the staff that we have dealt with (service, sales and finance). As far as the service staff goes, there are at least 2 employees there who know her by a first-name-basis when she goes in for her regular maintenance. They were even in a position to give her a discount a couple of times because of her loyalty. Never once have they disputed any of her complaints. On a more recent visit we were saved thousands - LITERALLY!! Ashtar bought a 2010 Venza in early August. This past Saturday (9/11 of all days) she was determined to take her Venza back because she felt that it did not have quite the pick-up that she was hoping for. She felt that a Highlander was more her calling. I tried to reassure her that she was mistaken. Nonetheless we went back to Grossinger. We met with a salesman named Imron. He was extremely pleasant and patient. He showed her the Hihglander, and let her test drive it. Ashtar loved it. As Imron was getting information from her, he realized that the pick-up in speed that Ashtar desired was already in the Venza. He suggested that we all go back to the Venza; we all got in and drove it around the neighborhood; and he showed her how to access the pick-up. Ashtar fell back in love with her Venza. There are handfuls upon handfuls of car salesmen who would have jumped at the chance to make another sale. Imron chose the higher road and gave us honesty. For these reasons I give Grossinger, and particularly Imron Aneesuddin high ratings. Without trying to sound too dramatic, I only hope Imron is still at Grossinger when my wife an I are ready for our next Toyota. Keep up the good work guys! -Steve Adams More

Al was a professional. He made everything quick and painless. Shon in finance was so easy to deal with he almost made me forget that I was parting ways with thousands of dollars of my own money. I have been bringing my car to service here for awhile but never bought a car from here before until now. I knew they had a good service department so i figured I'd give them a try. I was stunned. They broke their back to make sure my exact car was located at the price I was willing to pay. But the best part was a week later when Brad called me and informed me that they had found some 3 loose cd's under the seat in my old tradein. I was pleased at the followup and honesty. But when I came in to get them Brad had each one of them wrapped up in tissue papaer so they wouldnt get scratched. He treated my cds better than I treated them. I will never forget that. More

From the very start I had no interest in buying a car. That was until I received a call from Ms. Marie who explained to me the interest rates Toyota was currently offering on new Toyotas.
