Overcharged and treated poorly. We had another all-around bad experience at Grossinger Toyota in Lincolnwood. We needed to replace a lost Prius key fob. I know they're expensive, but We had another all-around bad experience at Grossinger Toyota in Lincolnwood. We needed to replace a lost Prius key fob. I know they're expensive, but my wife was charged $463! I've since done my research and learned that the cost would be at least $70 less at two other area dealers. Also, we were charged a $20 "disposal fee" which should not apply for this service. The Grossinger service manager says we will not be credited for any of the difference between their charge and the others (which he confirmed are accurate). And it will take 4 to 6 weeks to get a check refund for the incorrect fee charge. Believe it or not, they claim they can't do a refund via the same credit card they accepted as payment last week. How can that be? There was no answer. Also, my wife was shuffled between the service and parts departments when she went in for this service. The Grossinger staff were confused and somewhat rude. Lastly, if you're wondering why we went to Grossinger, good question. It's the closest dealer to our home and time was tight to get the task done. We will never again be customers of any Grossinger dealership. More

NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ! RATING IS 0.00 !I bough from this dealership new car and several time during one year was coming with same problem of transmission , because was very RATING IS 0.00 !I bough from this dealership new car and several time during one year was coming with same problem of transmission , because was very unsafe to drive. Only 10 000 miles, and they told me it is not their fault. Was making one round every time near dealership and TEST was done . I know that car was sold soon from this dealership. In fact even manufacture warranty did not work for new car. There you will be duped and caught , forced buying some extra programs for car that never use. If you make a trade-in they will take a keys from you and you never get back your car. They never pick up phones to answer question. Mark Krochmal called me and promised to help with financial questions , but never did so. I know this dealership more than 10 years. There is no more left good and professionals .And also for short time you will see employees are changing . They listening to you : you want to lease - they praise how it is good to lease; you want to buy - then they tell you that is the best to buy then to lease . Clowns ! Don't shame the country you live and everyone works hard before they buy car from you . NO RESPECT TO CUSTOMERS ! Unfortunately they worry only for their rate and surveys to be in good view.
