Let me start by saying that I NEVER write reviews…. for anything. And I typically go into a car dealership expecting the worst. I purchased a vehicle from Giselle and could not be more satisfied with th for anything. And I typically go into a car dealership expecting the worst. She was transparent through the whole process and very understanding even when we changed our mind at the last minute and decided on a different vehicle that the one we originally planned to purchase. After the purchase I had a concern come up and I called her to discuss the options. She made sure that I was taken care of and went above and beyond what she was required to do. She was upfront and honest through out the entire process even AFTER the sale. A-lot of times you come across a salesperson who does whatever it takes to put you in a car and collect their commission, but once the sale is final they no longer feel obligated to stand by their word. This was not the case with Giselle. She went out of her way to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed and never once complained. If you’re planning to purchase a vehicle I would definitely recommend her….10 out of 10!! More

Worst dealership ever. I was in contact with this dealership to buy a Sienna. They called me and said, 'You are next in line, so we want to run your credit.' Worst buying experience ever. They screwed up our paperwork & didn't even bother to let us know the financing had fell through. We had to chase them for weeks to even get a return They screwed up our paperwork & didn't even bother to let us know the financing had fell through. We had to chase them for weeks to even get a returned phone call & were treated horribly by the sales manager Amber. She outright lied to us and threatened us repeatedly when they found out we consulted with a lawyer over their mess. Did everything they could to bully us into signing a new contract & refused to provide us with copies of documents we signed. Absolutely do not purchase a vehicle here! More

Made a deal on a Camry....when the salesman showed me the payment, I thought it was a little high, so I asked him what the interest rate was and he said he had know idea, I would have to ask the "finance guy payment, I thought it was a little high, so I asked him what the interest rate was and he said he had know idea, I would have to ask the "finance guy". Got home and looked over the paper work and they had signed me up for a $3858 warranty package after I had explicitly told them I didn't want any of them. My payment is what they said it would be, so they had it included from the very beginning. More

Terrible service! My sister is handicapped and bought a new car from them and they refused to put the plates on when they came in. They told her to put them in her front window which was dumb because they new car from them and they refused to put the plates on when they came in. They told her to put them in her front window which was dumb because they slide off with every turn. Plus what place does not put the bracket on and plates when you purchase a new car from them? I think it was because they were lazy and just didn’t want to do it! More
