Snobs I’ve been shopping around for a 2018 Camry SE. I WAS in a lease with Nissan which was a piece of junk. I had stopped into the dealership this past Sun I’ve been shopping around for a 2018 Camry SE. I WAS in a lease with Nissan which was a piece of junk. I had stopped into the dealership this past Sunday after receiving some numbers from another dealership. Knowing I was upside down with my current vehicle, I knew it was going to have to be an aggressive deal to make it happen. After sitting with a fresh new salesman (I forgot his name but he sits in the back corner by the service waiting room) I was optimistic with his willingness and great personality! Then comes the sales manager who was 130 a month more than I got from the other dealership (which I ended up BUYING from). But HERES THE KICK! The sales manager told me “we aren’t that desperate to sell a car!” Oh. You aren’t?! Good to know!!!! Being in auto industry as a salesman, working my way to be a sales manager, and also a finance manager.... THOSE WORDS WOULD NEVER.... AND I MEAN NEVER come out of my mouth no matter HOW MANY units I sold at any particular time. So here’s my suggestion.... since manhattan Toyota isn’t THAT DESPERATE to sell a car, go out to Prestige in NJ, go up to Fordham in the Bronx, or go to Hackensack in NJ since THEY never sat with me like arrogant morons and treated me with respect even if they couldn’t do the deal. Thank you Prestige... for giving me an absolute AMAZING deal and treating me like a millionaire! You treat everyone like a customer and that’s what you made me for life! More

Would have been 5 stars if it didn't take 6 hours to pick the car up! Greatly inconvenienced me as I had other commitments. No accommodations were made i.e. lunch, workspace, leave and return time, etc. Marred the pick-up experience. Not the sales person's fault but I felt taken for granted. More
