One of the many things you notice, the staff are eager, but not vultures. All are well versed with the vehicles they carry, Toyota pretty much speaks for itself anyhow. In and out under 4 hours vs another dealership, where they want to have you come back the following day, after spending all day back and forth associate to manager to another and back, to come back to play with Mr Finance booth. Toyota of Melbourn. MIKE DURKIN. warmly greeted, talked about me as a person, what I do, what I do for fun, then we remembered, oh yeah. I'm purchasing a vehicle today. Smooth and seamless. In my previous comments I wanted to mention our primary sales person Isaiah Showers. Isaiah is new to the dealership and his profile hasn't been set up yet but I wanted to give him due credit. Isaiah was sales person Isaiah Showers. Isaiah is new to the dealership and his profile hasn't been set up yet but I wanted to give him due credit. Isaiah was one of the primary reasons we bought at Toyota of Melbourne. He, along with Mike Durkin, his mentor, provided a great experience we hadn't found in other Toyota dealerships. Isaiah was professional, friendly, personable, low pressure and eager to help us make the right decision. He kept us informed from the time we first came in, until the car was delivered. Mike was nearby to provide additional support if needed and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Isaiah or Mike if you are looking for a great car buying experience and definitely Toyota of Melbourne. More
