I’m new to the Toyota of Melbourne experience but I can say my experience up to this point, which includes; completing on-line collision report (amazing), multiple phone calls to the collision team (thank you Mike) and others, my drop off experience (staff knowledgeable and friendly) and my rental experience-sum it up to say excellent! There is no question that it will all end with one very happy customer! I am impressed with how smooth the process and the positive attitudes and professionalism of your staff.

I have been dealing with Toyota of Melbourne for almost 20 years. I prefer using the dealer because I want quality work and OEM parts. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. John Newbold ( Service Director) and Bryan Swain (Service Advisor) are exceptional. There desire to take of the customer and provide the best quality service is beyond compare. I have used many dealerships in my many years and can't say enough good things about these two gentlemen. These two are incomparable. No one is 100% perfect but these two try their best. Since I will be moving soon I wanted to let folks know that they couldn't pick better people to do business with. I am sure everyone that works there are very good, but these are the two gentlemen that I have always dealt with. Just want you guys to know you are great and I really appreciate all of your hard work and outstanding customer service.

Dealership was very petty when it came to my last service under my car warranty. I had only had my car for ~16 months trying to get the last covered service. I had been on a long interstate trip and was out of state when I hit the 25K mileage. Noone at Toyota had told me it had to be <26K for the last service and I was only a few hundred miles over. Instead of showing consideration for a multi-decade loyal Toyota customer they shut me out. I was expecting more respect and concern and them to cover this service. Not recommended for customer service.

His enthusiasm, professionalism and care for the customers needs goes well beyond the end of the sale. He consistently goes above and beyond in any way he can. The management and service teams are also committed to customer satisfaction. John Newbold and his assistant Amanda in service are also committed to quality service and customer satisfaction. "Negligent and incompetent "

Bought a brand new 2019 Corolla had a clicking noise brought it in for service where the assistant service manager Paul Humphreys said it was a hubcap so my son took the hubcap off left the dealership and had to come back and let them know it was still clicking and that there was still another noise they ordered a mirror but never ordered a hubcap of course they didn't it wasn't a hubcap so after bringing the vehicle back four more times because the handling of the vehicle was dangerous at speeds of over 70 miles an hour and wanted to know why the clicking wasn't fixed and why the car was dangerous John Newbold took several test drives in the car and said there was nothing wrong no kidding five visits to that dealership to get a problem fixed under warranty they put a steering calibration on the vehicle said everything was great so after communicating with corporate they recommended we bring the vehicle to another dealership which was very inconvenient so we did so a week later we went to Mike Erdman Toyota in Cocoa nice dealership to say the least we were not there more than 45 minutes before they put a machine that checks for sound on to the car and determined it had a faulty CVT transmission they had the car not even two full days returned it with a new transmission thank you Mike Erdman for resolving this issue and thank you John Newbold for nothing your dealership that you work for represents your work ethics because when trying to get your Superior was unable to even speak with the manager at the dealership that is why I had to call corporate to say the least I think your mechanics I knew there was a problem but since you are in charge I hold you completely responsible and negligent you owe us a minimum of $50 in gas I expect a gas card in the mail don't try to apologize on this website because all your apologies are as fake as you you are a shyster a crook or you are just incompetent either way I believe you should retire and let somebody like the service technician that found the problem in 20 minutes run that service department in Melbourne his name is Justin he was the best service tech I've experienced in weeks thank you Justin and thank you again Mike Erdman

Toyota of Melbourne proved to be just another average dealership. I have been using Toyota of Melbourne for purchase and service of vehicles for about seven years but after I left the service department irritated and unsatisfied with the last three or four visits I am sorry to say that I no longer recommend Toyota of Melbourne for any kind of service.

"Beware - messed up my oil change"

Took my 2002 Sequoia in for an oil change on 1/20/18. Apparently the tech forgot to add oil after he drained it. When I noticed it was low, I added a quart and drove to a local repair shop (about 1.2 miles from my home) to have it checked. I was advised it was 4.5 quarts low. They could find no leaks. It's amazing that my engine didn’t blow up. Really wanted to get a few more years out of my car but now feel like I need to shop for a new car. It's hard to quantify how much damage was done but I'm sure the life of my motor has been significantly reduced due to their negligence. Probably would have been better off had it just blown up. Not happy......

We regret that you are unhappy with your experience. The first time we were made aware of your concern was 3 months after the service was completed. You had sent us an email stating you took your vehicle to an outside facility and they had told you the oil was very low. That you did not come back here because the shop you took it to was closer to your home. We have no way of knowing the level of the oil, but when the vehicle left our shop it was full. As a favorable gesture, we invited you back in so we could check your compression and we replaced the worn spark plugs. The vehicle passed the compression test and we reimbursed you for the oil from the other facility. We acted in good faith and were hoping to resolve your concerns. "Worst dealer repair I ever dealt with "

State Farm talked me into using this "preferred service " dealership. Took my infinity in for a $200 Crome insert they wrote a repair for $1200. Waited two months for the part only to find they ordered wrong part all I ever needed was the insert not a 6 foot body panel. They cry they cannot return the part and apparently State Farm is dumb enough to pay them anyway will I wait for the correct part. They are terrible at communicating and when they do they tell you just a couple more days. I have stopped taking their calls. I would NEVER use this dealership for anything and would certainly not buy any vehicle from them.
