I pulled on to the lot just to take a peak and wasn't serious about buying. I planned to visit many other dealers, but with Roy's help I now have a new truck that I like and believe I got a good deal. Roy was great in guiding me around the lot. I didn't feel pressured and he provided the access and information I needed to make my decision. I would recommend to anyone I know considering a Toyota to go see Roy. More

Two Great People My wife and I have been owners of Toyota's for many years. We set up a time and went over to Toyota of Melbourne. Met with Larry Plotnik. He was aware of what we were looking for and had the inventory set for us to look at. Explained everything about the vehicle to us, gave us a test drive, no pressure at all to buy. We went inside and talked, showed us the car fax without us even asking for it. Very impressed with the whole process at this dealership and with Larry. We made the deal. A short time later we met with Carlos Areiniegas, Finance Manager. Again very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything completely. Made sure all questions were answered completely. This by far was the most pleasant car buying experience we ever had. No Pressure. Two great people at this dealership to work with. Larry and Carlos. Thank you. More

Worst dealer repair I ever dealt with State Farm talked me into using this "preferred service " dealership. Took my infinity in for a $200 Crome insert they wrote a repair for $1200. Waite State Farm talked me into using this "preferred service " dealership. Took my infinity in for a $200 Crome insert they wrote a repair for $1200. Waited two months for the part only to find they ordered wrong part all I ever needed was the insert not a 6 foot body panel. They cry they cannot return the part and apparently State Farm is dumb enough to pay them anyway will I wait for the correct part. They are terrible at communicating and when they do they tell you just a couple more days. I have stopped taking their calls. I would NEVER use this dealership for anything and would certainly not buy any vehicle from them. More
