After waiting more than a month for the exact vehicle I requested, and placing a down payment to reserve it, I was excited to finally take delivery of my new car. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly tur requested, and placing a down payment to reserve it, I was excited to finally take delivery of my new car. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into disappointment. Before I arrived, the dealership’s detailing team ran my brand-new, all-black vehicle through a car wash, leaving noticeable brush scratches and swirl marks throughout the paint. This was extremely frustrating because I expected a brand-new vehicle to be delivered in pristine condition. I ended up leaving the vehicle at the dealership so they could attempt to buff out the scratches and swirl marks. Although they made an effort to correct the issue, I still had to take my vehicle to another professional detailer afterward to have it buffed again and a protective coating applied. After waiting over a month for my vehicle, this was definitely not the experience I expected when finally taking delivery. However, I absolutely want to recognize my salesman, Cedrick, who worked with me from day one. He did an awesome job throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to try to make things right and ensure my experience was as positive as possible despite the situation. He stayed engaged, communicated with me, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was taken care of. If it weren’t for Cedrick and the effort he put into making things right, I honestly would have changed my mind about purchasing the vehicle. I truly appreciate everything Cedrick did for me. He was definitely the bright spot in an otherwise disappointing delivery experience. My concern is with how my brand-new vehicle was handled during the detailing process, not with the service I received from him. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates how new vehicles, especially black vehicles, are prepared before being delivered to customers. More

Sidney met me at the door and programmed my phone immediately. She showed me how to fix it for the next time too. Simple tire rotation and a gas flush but done timely which was a large improvement immediately. She showed me how to fix it for the next time too. Everybody at the Toyota Dealership is very helpful and kind. I was getting my Prius worked on in the Service Department and I started looking at the new cars while I was waiting and a salesman named Kendr kind. We talked for a few and low and behold I test drove a brand new Toyota Camry and I fell in love with it. Well what can I say I ended up buying a Beautiful Red Toyota Camry that day. Kendrick was very nice and informative and Kendrick went out of his way to make things great needless to say I was very nervous. But it was a great experience buying a car with Kendrick.
