The last 3 times I've brought my vehicles in for servicing they've forgotten about me. I waited 7 hours for an oil change and their excuse was "they forgot". Another time i talked to the service manager about my vehicle, he told me to drop it off the night before and they'd look at it first thing in the morning and he took down all my information. 3 days later I call, he forgot to pass along the message and my vehicle was just sitting on the lot. The most recent time, I got routine maintenance done and expressed my concern for being forgotten about again and assured it wouldn't be an issue and they'd have my vehicle ready within 3 hours (I was on a schedule) 3 hours later, I call to see if its ready... they forgot to even pull the ticket and I had to wait another hour. If you want a business that values your time or cares even a LITTLE bit, find somewhere else for car maintenance. More
I found the truck my son wanted on AutoTrader, but it was almost three hours away. Before making the drive, I spoke with George throughout the week, and he helped me through the entire process. He made extra videos so I could get a better look at the truck and answered every question I had promptly. George even came in on his day off to meet with us because it worked best with our schedule. I had an 8:30 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and 60k routine maintenance, arrived at 8:15. I was kept waiting until 12:00 for the work to be done, with no explanation of the delay. I ha rotation and 60k routine maintenance, arrived at 8:15. I was kept waiting until 12:00 for the work to be done, with no explanation of the delay. I had changed the engine and cabin air filters the night before and had marked them with the change date, and told the service rep this. My final paperwork still marked the filters needing to be changed, clearly they did not look at the filters. Also, they recommended changing rear diff fluid in spite of the maintenance manual saying it only needed to be inspected, and nor doing consistent driving conditions to require replacement. I asked if it had been inspected and did not receive an answer. I believe this service department does not provide service; rather it pushes sales of un-needed work on naive customers. This is not the first time this has happened. I will not be back. More
I had an 8:30 AM appointment for routine maintenance on my vehicle. Upon arrival, I was told the service would take about two hours, which I agreed to. I sat in the lobby from approximately 8:40 AM until 1 my vehicle. Upon arrival, I was told the service would take about two hours, which I agreed to. I sat in the lobby from approximately 8:40 AM until 11:20 AM with no updates at all. It wasn’t until an employee, who noticed I’d been there all morning, asked what I was getting done and offered to check on it. Around 11:40 AM, over three hours later, I was finally told my car hadn’t even been touched yet. I asked for my vehicle back at that point because I didn’t have another hour to sit and wait I left extremely dissatisfied with the total lack of communication, poor time management, and overall disregard for my time. Before leaving, I asked to speak to a manager, and was told that he was in a meeting and would call me later. I received I phone call after I left from the Service director Joel and we came to a resolution. I was offered a discount and to have my car picked up from work on Monday to have it brought in for my service. I was told to call on Monday when I made it in to work. On Monday I called the service director’s direct phone as instructed at 8:18am. No answer so I left a message. Two hours later I still had not received a call back so I attempted to call again with no answer. I called the operator right after to see if he was in today. I was told that he was and that he told them to transfer the call to him. The call got transferred, and after about 3 rings it went to voicemail and I left ANOTHER voicemail. I called the operator back and gave them my name and number for the director to give me a call back and was told he would call back in about 10 minutes. An hour later, I’m still waiting. After being a regular customer for 14 years, I will not be returning! More
