The next day I came back to buy and Robert was willing to work with me every way possible to help me get my Highlander. Everyone was very professional. Would highly recommend this dealership More

At the initial scheduling I was advised of a $98 fee to troubleshoot and that amount would go towards any repair. I sat for 2 hours and the service advisor "Shannon " told me I needed a kit for over $500. He could not explain why or what. He was rude and unfriendly. I have purchased 3 Toyotas from this dealership and this experience guarantees I will never again! More

My price was in the ball park of average price paid but would not negotiate anymore that day when they didnt agree to my price. Treated you like mud when you told them that you were shopping and may come back with better price. Recieved emails signed by the salesman after, but the emails may have been generated by marketing software, as they seemed as if they had no idea you had already been in to see them. Pretty much typical of high pressure sales. DONT GO THERE IN UNLESS YOU ARE FULLY PREPARED AND INFORMED about a FAIR PRICE. More

When I told them it was not my responsibility their staff was not bright enough to google my towns tag office and they acted like they was put out. I attempted to reach the General Manager, lacked the integrity to return a phone call. I have purchased over $100,000.00 worth of Toyota's in the last 5 years. I won't be back to these hacks. More

I feel that it's all about the sales rep and what the company can pull from the customer. With having a trade in of a Toyota they want to railroad me and pay me bare minimum for my trade which is in excellent condition , been serviced by this location, and the miles aren't over the average. I feel that they want to pay me the lesser value of my car so my car can be resold at a high ticket and reap the full benefits from car....very disappointed and as the old saying goes bad news travel faster then the good More

They are very helpfull and friendly. Some people claim that they over charge, I believe they are reasonable priced. He is arrogant, condescending, and has an absolutely disgusting attitude, making his presence more than uncomfortable. Even after speaking with several of the other salesmen, they all eventually admitted to being unable to stand how arrogant and condescending of a fool he was. Reinhardt Toyota will never have my, nor my family/friends', business as long as he works there. Between me, my girlfriend, and two other friends of mine, Lee lost Reinhardt over $120,000 of potential sales. Also, another manager there, named Bob, is a very dishonest individual who takes hours to provide laughable "deals" and pricing. I went with McKinnon Toyota in Clanton and dealt with Brian Lowery, who had a price that beat Reinhardt by over $3,000 within 5 minutes of my walking in the door and no negotiating. Due to Lee at Reinhardt, I was (thankfully) pushed to find McKinnon, who received my $40,000 purchase. More
I had bought a car and had a great experience. Talked to them about my son, who had a bankruptcy just over 4 years ago and a very high interest rate. Since he lived in North Bham and I live in Alexander Ci them about my son, who had a bankruptcy just over 4 years ago and a very high interest rate. Since he lived in North Bham and I live in Alexander City, this was not a short drive for either of us. They said to have him apply online which he did, they called, wanted pay stubs, pay off, etc. He provided it all, they told him he was approved, he asked for interest rate, they said come in, he asked for interest rate. they said have your mom cosign you will get what she did. I got a zero percent. We both drove in and he picked out the car he wanted. The horror began. I had just bought my car 8 days prior, they insisted, I must do a new credit app. They started giving us the run around from the beginning. They treated us in a way not like we were the customer but instead kind of laughingly like they were even better than us. The financial man, I think his name is Lee, is rude, talks down to you and never answers a question straight up. After 2 hours they made their first offers. Yes, even then they didnt give us an interest rate. He came out with a range of prices, and when I finally said what is this interest rate, he replied 12 to 15 more than my son is even paying now. Don't waste your time with these people. I can only figure my first experience was good, because I called them near closing on a Sunday and they must have been short a quota. Lee from there is horrible. Don't go there. One more thing, once we got there, they had lost all of the previous info my son had provided to them, he had to redo all of it. More
