I paid 5,000 down for my 2023 Camry. The car was 23,000. Have gone 5,000 miles and the tires are in the yellow and the brakes are in the yellow. I got no free oil change and no free tire The car was 23,000. Have gone 5,000 miles and the tires are in the yellow and the brakes are in the yellow. I got no free oil change and no free tire rotation. The tires should have been new and the brake pads should have been new. May be the last Toyota I buy from Montgomery Toyota. More

Did not adhere to car care protection plan and further I came in for a tire rotation. What made you discover $250 worth of work that “the owner refused to accept and pay for. I didn’t have the best of a time. There was a very long wait, salesperson I had was working with someone else as well. The biggest thing to me was that there was no personable connection it felt kind of awkward the entire time. I wished it was better because this was my first purchase for a vehicle.
