Tacoma rear window light leaking was known issue. I supposedly got postcards in the mail for a repair campaign. I do not recall getting post cards. I had made a few appointments to have it looked at but had to move them to care for my mom who has stage 4 cancer. When I took the truck in they said the repair campaign was expired by a month. So instead of them covering the repair and fixing the mold under the seats I needed to pay for it. It took me a while to save up the $12,000 I was quoted but I finally took it back for repair. They said they could take $2,000 off because they do mold remediation in house instead of having another company do it now. So $10,000 I paid for a manufacturer issue. The guy I dealt with was very nice and sent great updates etc but I am extremely disappointed in this overall experience as well as the experiences with service on my Scion. Its why I replaced the scion with a Honda. Have had great customer service with them for the 3 visits I have had :) More
