I canno I recently purchased an SUV from Toyota of Murfreesboro and had the pleasure of working with Hannah Shannon and her director, Matt Breaux. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with them! From the very first day I met Hannah, I told her that she would be the person I purchased my vehicle from, and I meant it! What impressed me most was her approach to sales. She actually listened to what I wanted, explained what they had available, and never once made me feel pressured. She was professional, courteous, friendly, and so down-to-earth. It was refreshing to work with someone who genuinely listened instead of just trying to make a sale. Matt was also very professional and helpful throughout the process, and I truly appreciated both of them. My only complaint was the amount of time it took to actually complete the purchase. I spent 21 years working in real estate before retiring, and I can honestly say I’ve never spent that much time at a home closing! I think it took longer to buy my SUV than it does to buy a house! That part of the process could definitely use some improvement. However, I don’t want that to take away from the wonderful experience I had with Hannah and Matt. Buying a vehicle is a big decision, and having someone who listens, respects your time, and doesn’t pressure you makes all the difference. I would absolutely recommend Hannah Shannon to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. When I’m in the market for another one, I will definitely return to Toyota of Murfreesboro and ask for Hannah again.
