I came in on a Wednesday and spoke with Pete, the manager, about my options and then in more detail with Larry. When I came back Friday to finalize the deal with Larry, I was greeted by name by Pete when I walked in the door. This is a very friendly, honest dealership where I never feel rushed and hurried and all my questions are answered. More

I was in a very bad situation where I blew my motor and was upside down by quit a bit and aski Had an amazing experience here at Toyota of Naperville. I was in a very bad situation where I blew my motor and was upside down by quit a bit and asking for an impossible number. Justin Buck was my salesman and we asked him what he can do for us. He was the most real and honest salesman I have ever dealt with. We went over every possible solution for my situation. Buying a new car compared to a new leased car compared to a used car. Not once did I feel like Justin was trying to force me into a corner and pressure me into one option or the other. He ran all the numbers we asked for and came up with an offer for a brand new 2017 yaris IA. Me being a younger, new father that payment scared me a little bit and he worked with me more and found out out another way to lower the payments a little more. After we settled that number Justin pulled around the car so we can look at it. It was a lot to take in and think about so we slept on his offer and bought the car the next day.
