Salesman Larry Dulik was so patient & really listened to what I was looking for in detail & he found it. Before we went for a test drive; he took his time to explain the operation of everything & answered my questions. Afterwards, we negotiated the sale price & I thanked him telling him I would have to think it over! There was no pressure & I didn't feel rushed like some of the other sales people I dealt with at other dealers. A day or so later I called telling him I wanted the van but couldn't come in til several days later, he replied "don't worry I will put a sign sold on it." When I came to pick up the van, the dealership made the process easy, definitely a first class experience! More

Pleasantly Suprized! My family and I are so thankful we decided to stop by Toyota of Naperville. We searched online and found that they had 2 used Sienna's that my wife wa My family and I are so thankful we decided to stop by Toyota of Naperville. We arrived to find that both vans were in stock and the prices posted on their website are current. )No bait and switch or false advertising at this dealership!) As we walked around both vans we weren't approached by any staff. Which is great. I dislike being "upped" as soon as I walk on a dealer lot. We went inside to inquire about one of the vans we saw online. That's were things went from good to GREAT as we meet our sales person, Bill Cranley! What a positive representative of a car dealer. Bill was helpful, knowledgeable and answered every annoying question my 6 yrs old son could come up with! Our car deal was going to be a little tougher than expected. That's when Ulises Garcia and Push Singh jumped in to help! Usually when management jumps in its push for the sale. Nothing could be further from the truth! Both Push and Ulises were amazingly helpful! They worked together to work out a deal that would work for the budget my family had. No strong arm...no high pressure sales pitch! The Delivery Coordinator, Andrea Santeliz and Finance Manager, Carlos Santeliz (who are brother and sister) were just as friendly and helpful! Purchasing from Toyota of Naperville was a first class experience! From the spotless car lot to the impeccably kept showroom to the friendly and helpful staff....perfect 10!
