First Class Experience! I am a senior citizen who has been looking for a replacement van for 2 weeks. Salesman Larry Dulik was so patient & really listened to what I was look I am a senior citizen who has been looking for a replacement van for 2 weeks. Salesman Larry Dulik was so patient & really listened to what I was looking for in detail & he found it. Before we went for a test drive; he took his time to explain the operation of everything & answered my questions. Afterwards, we negotiated the sale price & I thanked him telling him I would have to think it over! There was no pressure & I didn't feel rushed like some of the other sales people I dealt with at other dealers. A day or so later I called telling him I wanted the van but couldn't come in til several days later, he replied "don't worry I will put a sign sold on it." When I came to pick up the van, the dealership made the process easy, definitely a first class experience! More
