Jeff not only made the whole sales process as smooth and painless as I ever encounered, but I also was left with what I perceive to be a fantastic deal as well. Quite actually, the entire transaction seemed surreal, since my wife and I felt very comfortable in dealing with Jeff, who was not pushy in any way and he was quite professional in answering any questions we had about the vehicle. Jeff's friendly demeanor and attitude made me almost feel like I was some multi-millionaire purchasing some highly-expensive luxury car. Jeff was quite caring about our particular experience not only before and during the sale, but also after the purchase was consumated, which led me to provide this favorable review on my experiences with Jeff. I therefore highly endorse Jeff Calhoun to anyone seeking to obtain a pleasant car-buying experience!! I would want to add that before arriving to this particular dealship, I had visited two other Toyota dealerships, where I was shocked that no Sales Associates came up to me after I looked at their cars in their showrooms. Before i began my excursion to Toyota of Naperville, I decided to do some on-line reviews of their Sales Staff. I decided to research the top Sales Associates at that dealersship with the highest ratings from their customers and I found that Jeff was either at the top or nearly at the very top. I called Jeff that day and I met with him that evening, but before I met Jeff, I was warmly greeted & approached by another gentleman as I walked in the showroom's front door. Amazing service at the Service Department!!! I bought a new Toyota Camry a couple of years ago. I had problems with the blue tooth and door locks ever since. I have been to countless Toyota dealerships with no progress in diagnosing the problem. I met with the service manager Chris Nesbitt. You would think I was a long time friend or family member by how I was treated. Kelsie, the service attendant, Chris Roach and virtually all of the employees are first class. I didn't even purchase my vehicle here! I was given a courtesy car and my car was diagnosed and all of my questions were answered. The corporate tech was actually called in to help with the diagnosis. I am a sales representative myself. It was truly refreshing to be treated with honesty and integrity. Chris did not give up, but continued working on my car until the problem was diagnosed. I will not only purchase all of my future Toyotas here but refer others to this rare dealership! From buyers remorse to happiness After buying a CPO Sienna I realized I had bought the wrong car. I was sick about it. I contacted my salesman, Andres, via email, telling him how unha After buying a CPO Sienna I realized I had bought the wrong car. I was sick about it. I contacted my salesman, Andres, via email, telling him how unhappy I was. The next day I got a call from the used car manager Travis. He told me not to worry, they would make sure I was happy, and asked me to come in at noon to meet. When we met he said he would do whatever it took to have me leave happy. I said I want a different car. He said to work with Andres and find something you like and we'll talk. I found a RAV4 that I liked, but it was $500 more than I had spent. Andres went to Travis and Travis came out and said it's an even swap. I couldn't be happier with the experience. I'm 64 years old and this isn't the way used car dealerships ran when I was a younger man. Extreme professionalism. More
