I started my search for the right vehicle at Grossinger, and let me tell you, the image of the typical "in it for myself" car salesman who would sell you anything if it would make a profit was what I experienced at Grossinger. So, I decided for to look for a different dealership experience and noticed that Toyota of Naperville had among the highest Google ratings in the Chicago metro area. So, I went. Although the used car that I initially bought from Naperville turned out to be a lemon, I am rating Naperville a 5 because of how they handled the situation. I was able to exchange my lemon like the deal never happen!! Then buy a car that better fit my needs and interests. Paige listened to what was important to me, helped me out, and the first car salesman that allowed me to call/text her with any issues and on her day off. She really went the extra mile in making sure that I was taken care of, the matter was resolved, and was really friendly in helping me make a great choice. The staff is super professional and I highly recommend coming here to buy your car in the Chicago metro area. Yes, it is not in the city, but it's worth it!! More

I had just bought my first new car from Toyota of Naperville. I wanted the remote start on my car. I had dropped my car off at noon and they said it would most likely to be overnight. Excellent buying experience! I went to 7 different dealerships trying to find the elusive 2014 Camry since most had only 2014.5 version at the best price, and end up at Toyota of Naperville. This dealership is extremely organized, their website is transparent and provides detailed information on each car they have including mileage and VIN#. I called them and Internet sales manager Shannon Garofalo was very knowledgeable and courteous, she gave me by far the best price on the market. Then Russ Harris took over and showed great knowledge, honesty, professionalism and a rarity - a sense of humor. He used computer and the company IPhone to quickly locate the car(s) I was looking for. I checked out a few new cars and even drove them in the lot and was able to quickly choose the right car. I financed the purchase through Toyota Motor Credit, Russ efficiently entered my information and once the credit score was produced he shared it with me, and even gave a copy of it. Maybe nowadays it is a norm, but 10 years ago some other dealership would not even disclose the credit score. I highly recommend this dealership. More

i usually go with the flow and never leave any reviews. for me to say something is bad. the service lady receptionist was the only good part of my experience. i had a hesitation problem with my stick shift for me to say something is bad. the service lady receptionist was the only good part of my experience. i had a hesitation problem with my stick shift corolla. the problem only existed when the car had been driving for twenty consistent minutes or so. the tech said he couldn't raise the problem by driving it in the parking lot. i took this tech out for a drive and i got it to start hesitating very lightly. he said it was the way i was driving the stick and i was giving it to much rpm. i gave it some more rpm than usual so i could show him the problem even tho the hesitation happens when driving normally. he again said the same thing and didn't seem to interested in the problem and acted as if he did' nt have the time. i have been driving this car for a while and i have driven a stick my whole life and i am 99percent sure it is not the way i am driving the car. i explained how bad the car hesitates after a long drive, since i felt he didnt care, and yet he seemed to have no explanation of what the problem might be. i understand he wont know what the exact problem is but his overall attitude put a bad taste in my mouth. maybe he was having a bad day but a professional would at least engage with a customer. im sure you have many good employees and it was just my luck today, but you have lost my business. More
