I think we all worry about the hard sell salesman or getting a salesman who isn't that knowledgeable and is just trying to get you to buy, and trying to upsell you all the way. Brian is none of those. He really knows the product, is a very friendly guy, not pushy but able to listen to me and advise me accordingly. He is everything you'd want in dealing with a car saleman. The other individuals I dealt with there were also pleasant not pushy - so overall it was a really good experience. I ended up buying a RAV4 which had to be ordered since my particular choice of options were a little unique! It was delivered within the 6-8 week time frame promised. My car was ready for me and in great shape and Brian gave me a nice tutorial of all the features before I drove off, letting me know i could call him with any questions on the car. More

We came in to test drive a Toyota Prius for comparison against a Ford c max. We weren't expecting anything but an evening Window shopping.
