This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I was shopping around for a vehicle, and other dealerships were stringing me along, one in particular had not given me answers on quotes for 6 w car. I was shopping around for a vehicle, and other dealerships were stringing me along, one in particular had not given me answers on quotes for 6 whole days. Not with Toyota of Naperville. I phone Robert Kieda to ask him to give me some numbers on a car. He was at SAMs at the time and requested to call me back at 1:20 with some numbers. At 1:20, my phone rings; it was Robert. He had numbers for a few different models, and some information on the colors available. We speak more, and I agree to meet him there after I get off work. I walk in that evening, Robert had everything ready to go and the paper work got started. There was no hassle, there was no stress. The fine employees make you feel comfortable. I can not think of a finer institution of which one would buy a car from. The folks at Naperville are a pleasure to work with and a delight to purchase a car from. I could not think of a reason why one would not wish to do business with this facility. More
