I have never met a salesman as professional and courteous as Mr. Bill Lutz. We purchased a 2013 Corolla S for my sister's graduation present. This was her first new car and she was nervous with the new car b as Mr. Bill Lutz. We purchased a 2013 Corolla S for my sister's graduation present. This was her first new car and she was nervous with the new car buying process. Bill's personality made her very comfortable and she had a very pleasant experience. I truly appreciate Bill's honesty and his integrity. He made sure that we were 110% satisfied before we left. I also admire his fairness. When it came time to negotiate, he was very fair and he took the extra step to get the deal done. I couldn't ask for a better salesman and dealer. I easily could of went to the Toyota dealer 3 miles away from my house, but I refuse to because of their poor review. I hope this review will help someone interested in purchasing a vehicle. We did do things not made for the street. We settled on a 2012 Camry XLE Hybrid used with 11K miles in immaculate condition. We traded in our 2005 Buick LaCrosse and signed the papers a few hours later driving away in our new Camry. Great asset that Toyota has in Mr. Zidlicky ability to communicate with the customer.
