We now own two scions and couldn't be happier.. great look, great price, great interest rates, the little perks like the oil changes and packages to choose from..Great test drive track as well.. and most of all great gas milage.. As soon as I walked in the door, Dave helped me, answered my questions, and was wonderful all around. I have been to dealerships before, and sometimes (being a woman) the men who help me are condescending a my questions, and was wonderful all around. My experience at Toyota of Naperville with Dave was the exact opposite; he was personable, polite, answered all my questions, and had a great sense of humor. Also, he worked to make sure that I could get a vehicle at a great price and I left happy--with the experience, the car, and the price. He took the time to show me all the details of the new car so I felt comfortable driving it, and also helped me empty out my car (where I would have forgotten my I-pass if it weren't for him). The day after I bought the car, I realized I forgot my cds in the player, and when I went back Dave helped me quickly get what I needed.
