The entire sales experience was positive from top to bottom. From test drive to leaving the lot with our new detailed car was just over 3 hours, including financing. A great experience overall, but we knew this already as we bought a 2008 Highlander there and they have been servicing it ever since. After 10 years, it was time to trade in my Highlander that I loved so much. I decided to down size to a Rav4 and Harvey took the time to locate the Shoreline Blue Pearl that I wanted so badly.
